Updating your Zoom Client

Many Zoom features are not available without an updated Zoom client. Follow these steps to ensure you have the latest updates.

If you encounter issues with your UMW Zoom account, contact the IT Help Desk.

  1. Launch the Zoom client from your computer.
  2. From the Zoom client dashboard, click your profile picture.
  3. Click “Check for Updates”.

Note: If you are on a Mac, an admin account is required to update the Zoom client. Contact the IT Help Desk for assistance if you do not have admin rights to your computer.
