extracting audio from a screecast-o-matic video

The video isn’t the best (https://screencast-o-matic.com/watch/cbeu6e6dNS), but I wanted to know if this was an option after our discussion today. In a few clicks, you can extract an audio .wav file from your screencast video recording. You can then post the link to that in addition to the video version (assuming it’s not something where seeing an on-screen demo is critical.
